Limitation of Works

​

Leads will not be repaired if:

1. We believe that it uneconomical to repair

2. Once the fault has been found and lead is now too short to be practical

3. Fails to meet electrical standard AS/NZ 3760

A vacuum cleaner we will work to a dollar valve of $130.00 +GST before requesting permission to processed further.

Buffers high & low speeds we will work to a dollar valve of $170.00 +GST before requesting permission to processed further.

Walk behind scrubbers and ride-on’s we will work on a case by case based on the fault(s) the machine may have.

 

Security

While your machine(s) are here for repair/service every effort will be made to keep the secure we can not held responsible once they leave our care.

Your machine(s) are not covered by our insurance company while it in our care. Please arrange you’re own cover if you wish to do so.

 

Warranties

 

Labour 6 months on workman ship

Parts 6 months to 2 years subject to suppliers and type of part fitted.

Please ask if further information is required about a specific part or parts.

Carbon brushes and leads are not covered under any warranties

 

Machines not picked up

 

Of goods not picked up after 60 days from date invoiced “The Vac Doctor Ltd” has the right to sell goods to recover expenses. All endeavours will be made to inform the customer when goods are ready to be pick up with information given
